Con cada nuevo video subido a la Red los extremistas fanáticos del EI están empeñados en mostrar su creciente brutalidad y crueldad. El ya mundo ha sido testigo de todo tipo de imágenes violentas: tiroteos masivos contra soldados sirios, decapitación de periodistas y voluntarios occidentales o lapidaciones de mujeres.
Al parecer esta ejecución masiva se realizó cuando fue decapitado el ciudadano estadounidense Peter Kassig, capturado en octubre del 2013 en el este de Siria.
