Declin Moss estaba jugando en el porche de su casa el lunes en la mañana cuando los perros lo atacaron “por razones desconocidas”, dijo la Oficina del Alguacil del Condado de Hernando.
El pequeño vivía en la casa con su abuelo, Gregory Moss, y su madre. Su abuelo estaba en casa cuando ocurrió el ataque.
