Los dos contratistas no sabían nada sobre técnicas de interrogatorio, Al Qaeda o lucha contra el terrorismo y carecían de “cualquier tipo de experiencia cultural o lingüística relevante”, insisten los autores del informe, citado por ‘New York Post’.
La ausencia de conocimientos no impidió a los dos psicólogos tener un papel central en los interrogatorios de la CIA, ya que no solo idearon las técnicas de tortura, sino que también colaboraron en su aplicación.
