La Policía tiene una orden de arresto contra “Guariboa”, quien aparece en una foto publicada en las redes sociales en la que posa junto a dos menores de edad bebiendo champaña.
Horas después de que El Lápiz fuera dejado detenido por el mismo caso, la vocera de la Procuraduría adelantó que también se espera que Guariboa comparezca ante el tribunal que tiene el caso.
“Hay una orden de arresto emitida contra Guariboa”, dijo la vocera de la Procuraduría General de la República, Tessie Sánchez, quien aseguró que “se ha hablado con la madre, se han realizado acercamientos con familiares que viven en Villas Agrícolas y, sin embargo,no hemos podido ubicarlo”.
En declaraciones al programa “Vacilando la tarde” (Neón 89 FM), Sánchez llamó a Luis Pichardo, verdadero nombre del rapero, a que se presente a las autoridades de manera voluntaria.
“Sabemos que no reside en Santo Domingo, pero sabemos que está en gira de promoción por el país. Y en caso de que quiera evadir la justicia y salir del pais entonces se le complicaría la situación”, expresó.
CONSIDERACIONES
Luego agregó: “Si somos hombres para asumir posiciones mediáticas pues tambien tenemos que hacerlo para asumir nuestra responsabilidad social”.
Sánchez, escuchada por MasVip, sostuvo que tanto El Lápiz como Guariboa mantienen una actitud arrogante, desafiante y eso “no contribuye a que el proceso sea realmente rapido y justo”.
Llamó a los artistas urbanos a que bajen “un poquito el tenor de sus amenazas y servir ellos de hecho para que sus seguidores depongan la actitud agresiva que tienen contra las autoridades y contra colegas de los medios de comunicación que jugaron un rol repsonsable al denunciar la actitivad”.
“Guariboa” apareció en una foto publicada en las redes sociales en la que posaba junto a dos menores de edad aparentemente bebiendo champaña. Esta imagen también fue posteada por El Lápiz y fue a éste que Cavada criticó. Entonces, el comunicador recibió amenazas de seguidores del Lápiz y hace unos días llamó a las autoridades a que llamen al artista a capítulo.
