El actor y comediante Roberto Gómez Bolaños ‘Chespirito’ ha muerto este viernes a sus 85 años de edad, informan medios mexicanos.
Fue popularmente conocido por sus personajes televisivos, entre los que destacan ‘El Chavo del 8’, ‘El Chapulín colorado’ y ‘El doctor Chapatín’, entre otros.
Según medios locales, por el momento no se ha precisado la causa específica de la muerte del célebre comediante mexicano, quien vivía en Cancún y que últimamente con frecuencia tenía problemas de salud.
‘Chespirito’ comenzó su carrera entre 1960 y 1965 escribiendo guiones para programas de cómicos en la cadena Televisa Mexicana, actualmente Televisa. Pero fue en 1968 cuando inició su carrera como actor.
Para 1970 ya contaba con un programa de una hora y fue en ese momento donde el mismo se denominó ‘Chespirito’ y nació el personaje del ‘Chapulín Colorado’. Un año más tarde, apareció ‘El Chavo’.
Otros de los personajes que creó fueron el ‘Chompiras’ y ‘Chaparrón Bonaparte’, pese a que sus guiones eran redundantes cosechó un amplio éxito en toda América Latina, España y EE.UU.
En noviembre del 2013, Gómez Bolaños recibió el Premio Ondas Iberoamericana a la trayectoria más destacada en televisión.
