El servicio de mensajería instantánea WhatsApp ha lanzado oficialmente un programa beta público para el sistema operativo iOS, lo que permitirá a cualquier propietario de dispositivos Apple usar las próximas funciones de la aplicación en su versión beta, según informó este viernes WABetaInfo.
Mientras los propietarios de los dispositivos con sistemas operativos Android y Windows Phone han podido utilizar los programas beta de WhatsApp desde hace tiempo, en el caso de iOS se limitaba a unos pocos internautas.
Para utilizar WhatsApp beta para iOS, los usuarios primero deberán descargar la aplicación TestFlight de la tienda de aplicaciones App Store y luego solicitar un ‘slot’ para el probador beta (para hacerlo es necesario abrir el correo con la invitación o seguir el enlace público).
Al aceptar la invitación, TestFlight se agregará a la lista de aplicaciones y el usuario podrá comenzar a probar WhatsApp beta para iOS. Esta recibe actualizaciones cada dos días, según reporta el sitio.
