Vinicio López, uno de los cantantes de la orquesta Banda Real fue atacado a tiros esta mañana por agentes policiales cuando se desplazaba en su jeepeta por la autopista Joaquín Balaguer, salvando su vida milagrosamente.
Con relación al incidente hay dos versiones. Una de ella establece que López intentó jalar su pistola con la intención de disparar a los agentes, lo cual negó el cantante.
Otra versión indica que la Policía habría confundido al artista con asaltantes que se desplazaban por la autopista Duarte.
López fue atacado en horas de la madrugada luego de salir de la discoteca Pasión donde participaba de una fiesta.
En estos momentos el cantante se encuentra retenido en el Comando Cibao Central de la Policía hasta que presente los documentos y permiso del arma que portaba.
