Alparecer Amber Rose y el rapero Wiz Kalifa se divorcian Files for Divorce From Wiz Khalifa

Amber Rose ha pedido el divorcio de su marido-de-1-año Wiz Khalifa … y ella está haciendo fuego para la custodia total de su hijo … TMZ ha aprendido.

En los documentos de divorcio – obtenidos por TMZ – Amber dice que se separaron el lunes y cita diferencias irreconciliables.

Amber está pidiendo la custodia legal y física de sus 1 años de edad, hijo de Sebastian. Ella está dispuesta a dar Wiz visitas.

Y esto es interesante. Amber reconoce que hay un acuerdo prenupcial, lo que se podría pensar que funcionaría a favor de Wiz, pero ella dice que es válido … presumiblemente, ella no desafiarlo. Los documentos dicen que el acuerdo prenupcial ofrece apoyo conyugal.

En cuanto a por qué se separaron, ha habido un zumbido en los últimos días de la infidelidad, pero no hay mención de ella en los periódicos.

Amber Rose has filed for divorce from husband-of-1-year Wiz Khalifa … and she’s gunning for full custody of their kid … TMZ has learned.

In the divorce docs — obtained by TMZ — Amber says they split on Monday and cites irreconcilable differences.

Amber is asking for full legal and physical custody of their 1-year-old son Sebastian. She’s willing to give Wiz visitation.

And this is interesting. Amber acknowledges there’s a prenup, which you would think would work in Wiz’s favor, but she says it’s valid … presumably, she’s not challenging it. The docs say the prenup provides spousal support.

As for why they split, there’s been a buzz over the last few days of infidelity, but there’s no mention of it in the papers.
