“Este es un mensaje escrito por sus hermanos en el Ejército sirio, que han estado luchando contra Al Qaeda durante los últimos tres años. Entendemos su patriotismo y el amor por su país, por eso por favor, entiendan nuestro amor por los nuestros. Obama es un traidor que quiere poner sus vidas en peligro para salvar a los insurgentes de Al Qaeda”, argumentaron los autores del ciberataque.
Recientemente el Ejército Electrónico Sirio, que apoya al Gobierno de Bashar al Assad, logró ‘hackear’ Twitter y las webs de los periódicos ‘The Washington Post’, ‘The New York Times’ y ‘Huffington Post’.
La organización no trabaja para el Gobierno sirio ni para ningún otro gobierno y no recibe financiación. “Todos somos estudiantes universitarios que vivimos en Siria.
